We offer 1hr, 1.5hr and 2hr lessons we do recommend 1.5hr lessons as the pupil retains more,learns faster, needs less lessons but more importantly learns to drive to test standard for longer, which does increase their chances of passing 1st time, this is reflected in our high pass rates.
The national average pass rate is 43% our pass rate varies between 60-70%, the national average 1st time pass rate is 33% ours varies between 50-60%.
We only use fully qualified Instructors with above average pass rates, we do not use trainee Instructors, many driving schools do including some national driving schools, our training cars are dual controlled Peugeot 207,s, all pupils are supplied with a training record and appointment cards to keep track of their payments and their training progress.
The average 17-20yr old takes 40-50hrs of on road experience to reach current test standard according to the latest DSA stats please note these are the pupils that pass their driving test, this can be a combination of driving lessons and private practice.These figures are based upon a complete novice with no previous driving experience.

RESEARCH UNDERTAKEN BY THE DRIVING STANDARDS AGENCY SUGGESTS THAT DRIVERS WHO PASS 1ST TIME ARE THE BEST PREPARED THIS SHOULD BE YOUR KEY CONSIDERATION IN FINDING THE BEST DRIVING SCHOOL, THE DRIVING SCHOOLS WITH A HIGH 1ST TIME PASS RATE SHOULD BE THE ONES YOU SHOULD CONSIDER.
Our normal hourly is £22/hr our student rate and block booking discount rate is £20/hr you must block book and pre-pay for 10hrs to receive the block booking discount rate.
